Position Purpose

As an Experienced Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, communication, and time management of ongoing support projects. You will be responsible for communicating accurate timelines, managing expectations, and coordinating internal resources to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills will enable you to thrive in a high-pressure environment and provide top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

* Communicate with customers to coordinate upgrades, updates, and implementation of services

  • Help customers plan and implement projects, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Analyze, plan, and develop projects for the support team, defining clear deliverables for customers
  • Attend regular technical team meetings to update on status information, challenges, and timelines
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication regarding client inquiries relating to ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Competencies & Work Style

* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Strategic thinking and implementation, with a strong understanding of data and the ability to explain reports
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, with a customer/client focus and a consultative approach
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills, with a working knowledge of Office and Reporting Tools
  • Comfort with engaging internal and external customers in a consultative manner, with a willingness to provide customer support in a high-pressure environment

Education & Experience

* High School/ GED required; BA/ BS degree preferred

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry technology, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Working knowledge of IT Support Team operation, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Work Environment & Physical Demands

* Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing

  • Must be able to work in a home office/office environment
  • This position is full-time, with the option to work remotely within the U.S. when not traveling
