Our platform helps businesses find the right podcasts, automatically create personalized pitch emails, and manage the entire guest booking process from start to finish. Users upload client info, and PodPitch generates a targeted list of podcasts, customizes outreach emails using data-driven insights, and tracks responses—all in one dashboard.

We simplify what’s typically a messy, manual process and make it fast, efficient, and scalable. Our users see immediate results and often thank us for saving them hours of work while delivering more opportunities than they ever thought possible.

We’re looking for a driven, fearless, and hungry sales lover to help us push PodPitch into its next phase of growth. This role is not for everyone. It’s for the person who wants more—more responsibility, more ownership, and more results.

We’re a scrappy, fast-growing team with a big vision, and we need someone ready to build from the ground up. If you’re looking for a cushy role in a massive sales org with layers of structure, this isn’t for you. What You’ll Do:

75% of your time will be leading demos (via Zoom/Google Meet) with pre-qualified prospects that have been emailed and booked for you by an SDR on our team. 15% of the time will be following-up with leads 10% of your time will be improving the process Work closely with the founders and be involved in high-level strategy Don’t worry – we already close about 1/3 of these calls, so you’ll hit the ground running with a proven process.

How Compensation Works:

50% base pay 30% incentives 20% bonus

Every Account Manager is on track to hit 120% of quota this year!
