Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues in a fair and efficient way.
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

  • Have a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
  • Live within the state of Florida.
  • Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above.
