What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customers' issues with compassion and empathy.
  • Recognizing, applying, and explaining product or service knowledge to customers.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer savvy, with experience using technology to resolve customer issues.
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Equipment You'll Need

* A reliable internet connection with a speed of > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended.

  • A USB wired headset, or a compatible headset that meets our technical requirements.
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android, for daily log-in and communication.
