Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting customer and account data into our digital databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness within set time limits.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and verifying the accuracy of output.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Applying data program techniques and procedures to generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance data management processes.

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically, identify problems, and implement solutions.
