Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat software. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with visitors on our clients' websites, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless follow-up and resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including updates, promotions, and new releases
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, offering the flexibility to work on your own terms. Your pay rate will be between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week

In addition to these requirements, we're looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through chat
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You should be able to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues
