Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing concise and effective information to customers via live chat
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to facilitate product and service improvements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Participating in on-the-job training and engaging in opportunities to improve your skills
  • Working with customers on weekends if needed
