Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and customer-obsessed individuals to join our Virtual Customer Support Team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time remote opportunity where you'll deliver world-class customer service, helping our clients with their inquiries and issues by providing accurate, timely, and professional responses. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets.

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
