Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to creators on the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts
  • Handling live chat messages, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses
  • Offering sales links, discounts, and other promotional materials to enhance the creator's experience
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance expectations
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* A device with reliable access to the internet (phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
