We're seeking experienced full stack customer support representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities:

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Processing bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service software
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
