Job Description

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible and remote environment, engaging with our customer base via social media channels and providing top-tier customer service. You'll be the public voice of arenaflex, sharing our vision and engaging with our community to build enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.

  • Create compelling social media content that aligns with arenaflex's brand and objectives, showcasing our products and services in a creative and engaging way.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market, providing expert insights and recommendations to inform our social media and customer service strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to enhance customer loyalty and drive brand advocacy.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles, with a proven track record of success in engaging with customers and resolving issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software, with the ability to analyze metrics and generate reports to track performance and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
