Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize information and provide solutions
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail

Requirements

  • A reliable personal computer with high-speed internet access
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Complete training is offered to ensure your success in this role
  • Paid weekly, with the opportunity to earn $1000 to $2000 plus per week
  • Full-time and part-time hours available, with the flexibility to work at your individual schedule and speed
  • No sales and no cold calling required
