Key Responsibilities

As a live chat and phone support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Answering customer questions and concerns in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing technical support, resolving customer service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions
  • Integrating technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience, such as AI, chat, and self-serve portals
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM platform
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications
