Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses, for contested proxy meetings. Your primary goal will be to educate investors about the accuracy of the information they've received and direct them to the correct voting channels. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses, for contested proxy meetings

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with investors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed responses to investor inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy meetings
