Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously, providing accurate information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications to their reservations, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize communication tools effectively to maintain a high level of customer engagement, providing timely and personalized support.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
