Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences, forge long-lasting relationships, and generate sales leads. You'll also have the chance to attend regular training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Forging long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Generating sales leads and creating potential business opportunities for the company
  • Attending regular training sessions for our Customer Service Representatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings
  • Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with our clients' standards
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and handling confidential customer information
  • Troubleshooting problems and empathizing with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven customer service or retail sales experience (although we provide full training for the right candidate!)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to adapt and work alongside different characters, including customers and team members
