Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will:

• Provide live chat support by answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information.
• Log into our chat application each night and interact with customers, resolving their concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses, and building trust through empathetic and professional communication.
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Contract and Compensation

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term, providing you with the flexibility to grow and develop your career with arenaflex.

• Rate: $35 per hour, competitive and reflective of your value to our team.
• Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours based on your availability, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
