Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk and Salesforce Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Excel, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry and Reporting: Convert contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system. Utilize Salesforce to extract, format, and maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Excel-Based Reports and Templates: Maintain and update Excel-based reports, templates, and upload documents to ensure seamless data collection and analysis.
• Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field: A combination of an active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.
• Detail-Oriented and Accurate: A commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity is essential.
• Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce and its applications is highly desirable.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
