Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through our website's live chat feature. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support
  • Utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions
  • Completing a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Offer product information and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
  • Assist with sales and support, including processing orders, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to resolve complex issues and provide additional support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices

Position Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term
  • Work Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Work Environment: Fully remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, preferably within the United States

Requirements:

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using chat and social media features

  • Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines
  • A commitment to availability for at least 5 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
