Job Summary
Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: $18 – $22 per hour based on experience Working Hours: Flexible shifts available, under 4 hours for part-time roles Location: Remote
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email
- Assisting customers with product-related questions and concerns
- Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
