Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through our website's live chat feature. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support.
  • Utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions.
  • Completing a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions.
  • Complete a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
  • Work independently, adhering to provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Requirements:

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using chat and social media features.

  • A commitment to availability for at least 5 hours per week.
