Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and dedicated Remote Customer Care Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that each interaction is resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
