Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer and member inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deciphering information from requestors and delivering personalized responses
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming chat requests and emails within a set timeframe

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer and member inquiries
  • Use critical thinking skills to decipher information from requestors and deliver personalized responses
  • Utilize arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using a phone, tablet, or laptop to access social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
