Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: ### Customer Assistance

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and accurately, providing information about products, services, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to customer questions, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

### Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support or relevant departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, working together to resolve issues and provide solutions.

### Documentation

  • Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed logs of chat sessions for future reference and reporting.

### Product Knowledge
