Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, and conducting discussions with members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and their members
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring quality assurance
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their members via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations and conducting discussions to resolve member inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize your knowledge of benefits solutions to provide accurate and timely information to clients and their members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, completing necessary paperwork and ensuring quality assurance
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their members to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their members

  • Exceptional customer service and/or consumer sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams at all levels, including management and staff
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a union label environment or with a similar benefits provider

  • Knowledge of benefits solutions and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
