Together, let's embrace possibilities and change lives! arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities:

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex billing inquiries.

  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial obligations.
  • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities.

• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and transactions.
  • Perform successfully in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Excellent organization skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease and efficiency.
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including CRM systems and billing software.
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately and efficiently processing patient information and transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.

  • REMOTE WORK:

+ Dedicated work-from-home space, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment. + Ability to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and insurance processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring reliable and high-speed connectivity.

  • No satellite internet, with a stable and secure connection to arenaflex's systems and networks.
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with an Ethernet cord, without relying on Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports.

Pay Range:

$15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience.

Application Window:

The application window closes on 10/19/2024, with a limited opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST, which translates to 10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
