Role: Salesforce CRM Mobile Developer / Salesforce Mobile Solutions Developer 22240-1 Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) Employment Type: 6-12 Months+ Must have Skills Salesforce Mobile App 3+ Yrs of Exp Sales Cloud 3+ Yrs of Exp Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, Lightning App Builder 3+ Yrs of Exp Must have Certifications Salesforce Developer Role summary: We are looking for an onshore Salesforce CRM Mobile Developer to support a mobile transformation initiative that brings key CRM, analytics, and customer/sales workflows into the Salesforce mobile experience. The role will help assess and implement Salesforce out-of-the-box mobile capabilities, support a proof of concept, and design scalable mobile solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Tableau/Tableau Next, and Data Cloud use cases. Key responsibilities Analyze current portal capabilities and map them to Salesforce mobile use cases and user journeys. Lead/configure Salesforce Mobile app capabilities, including navigation, mobile cards, actions, Lightning pages, and role-based experiences. Support POC design and execution to evaluate Salesforce Mobile OOTB versus Mobile Publisher. Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX, business teams, and client stakeholders to define mobile solution options and recommendations. Build/configure reusable mobile-friendly Salesforce components using Lightning Web Components, Lightning App Builder, flows, and platform configuration. Integrate analytics and insight-driven workflows into mobile experiences, including Tableau/dashboard access patterns and Data Cloud-driven actions where applicable. Ensure mobile solutions meet security, performance, usability, and compliance requirements. Support testing, demos, defect resolution, deployment, and production rollout planning. Contribute to estimation, design documentation, and roadmap planning for future mobile phases. Required skills Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience, especially Sales Cloud and Salesforce Mobile App. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, Lightning App Builder, and mobile-responsive page design. Knowledge of Salesforce mobile capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience evaluating or implementing Mobile Publisher and Salesforce native mobile options. Ability to translate business requirements into mobile-first CRM solutions. Strong stakeholder communication skills, especially with business and client leadership teams. Preferred skills Experience with Tableau, Tableau Next, and Data Cloud in Salesforce-led transformation programs. Experience with sales console, service workflows, notifications, approvals, and field/mobile productivity use cases. Familiarity with mobile UX principles, device testing, and adoption/change management. Experience in POC leadership, architecture discussions, and client-facing workshops.
