Remote Social Media Marketing Manager

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce brand, is looking for a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their online presence. This fully remote position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales. You will manage all social media channels, create compelling content, foster community interaction, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling content calendars, crafting engaging copy and visuals, monitoring social media trends and competitor activities, managing paid social media advertising campaigns, responding to comments and messages, and reporting on key metrics. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and achieve business objectives. The goal is to build a strong, interactive online community and leverage social platforms to drive significant e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in managing social media for a brand, preferably in the e-commerce space. Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills are essential. A deep understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices is required. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a must. Candidates should possess strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is preferred.
