Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
