Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely completion and maximizing time and mileage.
• Enter accurate and confidential client information, payments, and other relevant data into our systems.
• Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on job status.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform various tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
