Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Generate Retail Sales: Use your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
• Understand Customer Needs: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Use this information to position product insights and solution recommendations that meet their needs.
• Provide Top-Down Sales Solutions: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop Yourself: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
• Refine Your Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. Use this opportunity to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• Work Experience: One or more years of work experience is preferred, but not required.
• Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Desirable Qualifications: Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are all desirable qualifications.
