Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
