Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our database, reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and generating and distributing reports as required by management. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
• Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
• Maintaining and updating existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
• Generating and distributing reports as required by management, using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ensuring all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of all data processing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or data processing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
