Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze complex data sets, and develop actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience with data analysis software and applications, including Alteryx, Python, R, and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, and other data analysis software and applications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and other business intelligence tools
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience with data analysis software and applications, including Alteryx, Python, R, and SQL
