Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering after-hours phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
- Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and tracking account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements

Work Environment
Our office is located in West Berlin, NJ, and we're open to flexible scheduling, including multiple shifts. As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll work from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends.
