Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Mortgage Division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in processing weekly sales, sending out welcome packages, and performing various clerical duties associated with sales. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in processing weekly sales, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

  • Send out welcome packages and other related materials to clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Division team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

* 1 year of office experience: We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in an administrative role.

  • Computer proficiency: You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Organizational skills: You'll need to be highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter: We're looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative to achieve results.
