About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing prompt and considerate service to all customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time, while maintaining performance levels to specified goals.

Responsibilities

* Provides prompt and considerate service to all customers

  • Ensures that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintains performance levels to specified goals
  • Works collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Utilizes computer systems to manage customer interactions and data entry
  • Maintains accurate records and reports as required
  • Participates in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits
