Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient entry and accuracy
- Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower) with attention to detail and timeliness
- Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials to ensure accurate data entry
- Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
- Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors and maintaining current tracking systems
- Updating existing systems to meet future requirements and ensuring compliance with Quality Systems, SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
- Adhering to PPE requirements as required and performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) skills
- An Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
