Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing client behavior and preferences to identify untapped client needs and opportunities for content innovation.
- Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
- Streamlining content release and episode delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Testing and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
- Communicating complex data insights through compelling narratives and visualizations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
