A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

  • Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Webcam
  • Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
