Job Summary

As a Data Analyst – Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for analyzing business issues, identifying underlying drivers, and recommending solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, create compelling stories, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Information Source Identification: Identify and document information sources, including business areas, situations, classifications of information, and data quality.

• Business Issue Analysis: Examine business issues within your discipline, question assumptions, and identify underlying drivers to recommend solutions.
• Business Case Assessment: Assess proposed business cases for investments and initiatives, translate business requirements into systems, and adjust the team to the business strategy while executing expectations.
• Data Visualization: Recognize and suggest the most suitable data representation tools, define application configuration based on client needs, and create compelling stories using data visualization.
• General Guidance: Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs, creating, conveying, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and processes.
• Community Engagement: Create and use internal and external organizations, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while adhering to arenaflex's principles of integrity and ethics.

What You'll Bring

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive), as well as experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current).

• Communication Skills: Ability to convey details of a measurement to leaders clearly and effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business.
• Experience: Experience growing new metrics to track business influence, driving a team of investigators, and building dashboards and reports that combine data from multiple sources.
• Education: Foundation or education in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
