Job Summary

As a Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via chat. You'll engage with potential buyers, answer their questions, and encourage them to place an order. With our user-friendly software and daily training, you'll be equipped to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices to customers. Each lead will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls, ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat

  • Engage with potential buyers, answer their questions, and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices to customers using our software
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure a smooth sales process

  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using software and technology to facilitate sales
