What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
  • Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to deliver exceptional support experiences
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fully remote environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
