The Role
As a Research and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be instrumental in building a comprehensive global database of water bottle suppliers, which will form the backbone of our sourcing strategy. This role combines the excitement of global market research with the precision of data management, offering a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the international water industry.
Responsibilities
• Conduct extensive global research to identify and catalog water bottle suppliers across diverse markets
- Develop and maintain a detailed, user-friendly database of supplier information using Excel
- Gather comprehensive product data, including types of water bottles, materials, and unique features
- Collect and organize supplier contact details, ensuring accuracy for future business communications
- Implement a systematic approach to data verification, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
- Regularly update the database with new findings, market trends, and supplier changes
- Create insightful reports on database progress, highlighting potential opportunities and market insights
- Collaborate with the founder to refine search criteria and database structure as business needs evolve
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Exceptional internet research skills with the ability to navigate international websites and verify information across multiple sources
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex database creation, management, and data analysis
