Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to emails and telephone calls from investors and professionals, adhering to compliance and regulations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to emails and telephone calls from investors and professionals, adhering to compliance and regulations
  • Prioritizing queries and corresponding with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause
  • Typing and administering correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors

General Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry (although this isn't essential)
  • Other customer service experience can include complaint handling, inbound processing, and/or banking roles
  • Strong independent and team worker skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CFA, CFP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (although not essential)
