Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a gaming enthusiast with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
  • Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective chat strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Oklahoma

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools
