Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs to clients through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
- Grow organic accounts and engage with existing clients (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage daily communication tasks and contribute to team growth (30 minutes/day)
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Pay and Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Fixed payment
- Opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
