Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and access to arenaflex's systems

  • Basic English writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (dependent on business needs)
