Job Summary

As an insurance customer service representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, marketing and tailoring our products to individual clients, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner. You'll be a point of contact for our customers, and your friendly voice and exceptional communication skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

* Complete Binding Authority (approximately 40 hours) and other tasks as assigned by management

  • Utilize your knowledge of computer and telephone systems to complete tasks efficiently
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based reviews
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

* Texas General Lines P&C license (or willingness to obtain one)

  • People-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a computer and telephone system
  • Reliable transportation
  • Friendly voice and exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Past insurance experience (a plus)

  • Familiarity with computer and telephone systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
