This role requires strong ownership of access lifecycle processes, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems.
• Handle complex access requests, approvals, and escalations with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Perform detailed access reviews, audit validations, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance.
• Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within IAM operations.
• Ensure adherence to IAM policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in IAM tools and access management processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Good understanding of RBAC, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-priority tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global IAM operations.
• Exposure to audit and compliance requirements.
• B.Tech / BCA or Any graduate degree.
